Even before the pandemic interrupted attendance and giving patterns, most congregations already faced an uphill battle. Smaller, aging donor pools. A new generation of potential givers more skeptical of institutional allegiances. And a sizable percentage of church members who don’t give at all. Relying on the same old approaches to congregational stewardship cannot alone meet the challenges of this post-pandemic, post-attractional era.
Join Dr. Lovett H. Weems Jr. and Dr. Ann A. Michel, authors of the new book Generosity, Stewardship, and Abundance: A Transformational Guide to Church Finance, for this 90-minute interactive presentation exploring key changes in the landscape of congregational giving and new possibilities for enhancing generosity in the 21st century.
