Dexter Nutall, a native of Washington, DC, has been a part of the New Bethel Baptist Church (NBBC) from a young child. In March 2009, the congregation of NBBC welcomed Reverend Nutall as its fourth pastor. Pastor Nutall earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Mt.
