Leadership Study
Changes Congregations Face helps church leaders understand some of the major trends impacting congregational life today. The material is assembled so that it can be used as a group study by leadership teams or adult classes. Changes Congregations Face may also be read as a stand-alone resource for individual learning or self-study. Each of the 11 units presents information on what has changed in congregations and commentary on how congregations can respond to these changes. Units also include discussion questions and action planning so that groups can consider how the changes relate to their congregational context and what might be done in light of these changes.
